Introduction

Quinta das Cruzes Museum gathers a great number of decorative art collections, dating back from the period between the 16th and 19th centuries, from many different origins.

The museum global collection integrates diverse nuclei. However, the collections of furniture, jewellery, painting and sculpture must be referred and highlighted.

Opening hours:
Tuesday to Sunday: 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.; 2.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Closed: Mondays and Holidays.

Attention:

The timetable established for the last visit to the museum is at 5p.m.

Regular ticket: 2, 50 Euros
Groups organized by Travel Agencies: 2 Euros (per person)
Pensioners: 1 Euro
Youngsters Card: 1 Euro
Public visiting the Museum on Sundays: Free Admission

Teachers, students, APOM and ICOM associates, (or other museum associations), employees from the Department of Cultural Affairs, journalists and tourism professionals, general public who visits the museum on the International Day of Museums (May 18th ): Free Admission

Means of transport:
Public Bus 15A (Achada/Muro da Coelha);
Public Bus 50 (Santo Amaro/Lombo da Quinta).
The museum is a short walk from the city centre; you might also take a taxi.
