Introduction
The exhibition combines collections of different ethnographic objects, regarding the different social, economic and cultural aspects of Madeira’s Archipelago.
Beyond these objects, the exhibition also has other elements that contextualize it. The collections presented to the public are displayed in various rooms under different themes such as: fishing, means of transport, the linen cycle, domestic units, ‘A grain carried away by the flow’ (cereal cycle), and viticulture.
